Is Deans list counted as a Team Award? (regional qualification points)

For the last section, do the Deans list and woodie flowers awards give 5 regional qualification points like the other awards?

I’m a bit confused due to the wording of “team awards” as they’re more like individual awards technically

Section 12.1.1 points back to section 11.1.4 which lists Dean’s List as an example of an award not for a team. The Woodie Flowers Finalists award would also fall under this classification.
