Is it possible for a team to use a cargo to get onto habitat 2?

This is a hypothetical that came when my team accidentally drove over the rubber cargo ball. Is there a rule prohibiting us from using the cargo to drive onto habitat two? Just curious. I’m not even sure if it would work.
