Is it possible to plug led strips into the roborio?

Hi, we used half REV-11-1198 LED strip connected to the PWM port (strip 5V → PWM 6V, strip Din → PWM S, GND-GND) via BTF 3PIN-SM. Everything looks great, see pictures attached.
