does the Limelight qualify as a COTS item?
They are out of stock with an “estimated” delivery of next stock of over 2 weeks (per Andy Mark at least). Who decides what qualifies as a COTS item?

Yes It is legal, Yes they had in stock but you can only make so many. AndyMark I believe still has boxes of Fuel from 2017 because they ordered too many and no one used it. They made a-lot and they are coming back in stock. patience is key.
In my opinion, this is where rule 10.1-C comes into play, making the Limelight legal.
Such delays due to higher-than-normal order rates are excused.
The start of build season marks a huge spike for any vendor selling to FIRST teams.
Also, WCP still has them in stock from what I see.
I have tried WCP before my post and again just now and it keeps telling me it is back ordered. Are you getting a different result? If so maybe I should call them.

10-C’s wording seems to apply only to shipping delays from my reading. Am I interpreting it wrong?
I might have bought it right before it went to backordered? I’m not sure.
