Did you modify it for last years robot? If so, then you can’t use it. You would have to buy a new one. But yes, you are allowed to use that particular model.

It’s COTS. It’s under the cost limit. Don’t see why not.

The only thing I can think of is if you modified it, but even if you did, you could just order another set from AndyMark.
