Is it possible to put both motors for the gearbox on the same victor, or do you have to use 2 different ones?

no, its not possible. One motor per victor.
No, you cannot. It’s explicitly stated in the rules, and there has already been another thread started here, about it. Please, at least check the rules before you post.
