Lots of cool things. Check now. Including free Foo Fighters music downloaders.
i <3 iTunes.
i <3 iTunes more, now.
Party Shuffle is what I have been missing, and I’m glad they finally got around to letting me order my playlist. I never understood why they didn’t have this in there from the beginning. Random and alphabetic/numeric are not the only ways to order music.
Movie previews, music videos, and did you check out the radio charts? You can see what songs your local radio stations have on rotation. [Although, now that I’m thinking about it, I don’t really listen to the radio … ]
Either way … mmm iTunes.
WOohoo!!
Time to update the iPod and iTunes!!!
I noticed they have a “Campus iTunes” thing now, maybe my school will pick that up, althought I’m not sure what the advantages are yet.
Edit: just installed the update, and I have to say I like it!
I just downloaded the new version, and I like all of the awesome new features.
However the sharing feature is not backward compatible with iTunes 4.2. I can’t access anybody else’s playlist until they upgrade.
For all you lossy fans, apple has a new codec in iTunes 4.5 that is like OGG and FLAC, so go check it out.
If you goto the itunes site, there is a like to benandjerrys.com.
Register, and you get a free song.
Also, iTunes now offers free songs(weekly?)
Check it out.
Yep, free weekly songs on Tuesday, and ONLY Tuesday, but this week there is a free song every day!
But what I cant stand is that half of my campus hasn’t upgraded, and thus I can’t use their playlists…bah! Hurry up and update already!
This is practically embarrassing, but can someone PM me or something and explain to me how you use iTunes to listen to music on another person’s playlist?
Don’t worry, it’s hard…
Go to Edit, then Preferences, then Go to Sharing
Activate ‘Look For Shared Music’
Press ok
There ya go, do the same first step, then choose ‘Share My Music’ to share your music.
NOTE: 4.2 and earlier versions of iTunes sharing with not work with 4.5 iTunes, this is due to a change in the script in the sharing, this is done to stop people from copying music using 3rd party apps.
