We got our shipment of the new black jags with the FRC logo and 3 out of 10 were bricked, can’t be recovered, the lights don’t turn on, they’re completely dead.
Does anyone have a solution or should we give up and buy some more?

Are you using a 2CAN or serial gateway?
2CAN
Have you tried setting the 2CAN’s bitrate to 500 kbps? The bricked state that you are observing is most likely the Jag stuck in boot loader.
