Jaguar - Speed controlling 2 motors

So we have two motors tied together in a transmission. We have an encoder attached to the output shaft from transmission.
We want to use the Jag/CAN control with PID to set speeds for these two motors.

How can we do that in Labview without the two Jaguar’s fighting each other?
