Just noticed that the gaffers tape is not completely flat on the floor around the rocket. I believe the poly base upon which the tape is traveling up and down is ~3/32" thick. I’m guessing that for most this will not be an issue, but it’s good to be aware.
A tracker actuate enough to notice the 1/4" jump up and down would be incredible. For most practical vision systems, the 1/4" jump is less than a pixel at normal operating distances.
No speculation necessary - it’s painted 12ga steel (0.10") with hook tape to lock it to the carpet. After hook tape it might be 3/16" overall.
Could interact with a center dropped drivetrain, but it would be pretty subtle (compared to the fact that you’re smacking into the rocket around then).
