Congratulations to the mentors (as well as students and alumni) of team 33, the Killer Bees on being recognized for your years of work in the community with FIRST. You deserve it!
The mentors received their award at DaimlerChrysler’s annual Good Neighbor, Good Citizen Volunteer Recognition Awards Reception that was held at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History in downtown Detroit.
This program was established to acknowledge the great work of all DaimlerChrysler volunteers and encourage continued support of Corporate programs and initiatives, encourage recruiting of additional volunteers, and provide a networking opportunity for volunteers.
This program is another example of why DaimlerChrysler is and has been such a wonderful sponsor and supporter of FIRST.
Congratulations to a great team! You guys have always been there when we’ve needed you and gone above and beyond the call of duty. Good to see a great team recognized!
Congratulations to everyone on the Killer Bees, especially the mentors who dedicate so much time to making the team one of the best role models out there!
