Hi. This is for anyone who attended the KSC regional. How was the pit area? Did you guys have more room this year? And do you have any information on the team party? Was there good music, food or what?

First of all, the pit was MUCH better. They set up an air conditioned tent with a lot more room to work in. The only problem was that there were not many lights in the pit, so flashlights were sometimes needed when working on the robot. The oarty was just like last year’s. It was in the saturn v complex, there was food (hot dogs, sausages, and hamburgers), and a DJ playing music. The music was not very good, but that is normal at FIRST events. Also, the bleachers were not exactly ready to hold all the people that were there, so they had to be emptied at the end of the event. They did not want to have the entire crowd suddenly collapse.
