Labview Talon SRX Robot Simulation

Hi, our robot is using TalonSRX and I’m currently trying to get labview’s robot simulation feature to work, but it keeps telling me that I need to use lifeboat to configure it, but when I do “Install Phoenix/Web-based Config” it says “could not connect”. Does this mean I can only test out code containing TalonSRX VIs with an actual robot or is there anyway I can work around it? Thanks for any suggestions!
