Is there anyway you can separate out the misaligned from the non-deburred inventory? Non-deburred is an annoyance that can be fixed. Misaligned holes is going to cause issues for some team down the line in a way that the only fix is replacing it.
After speaking with our team, I want to clarify further about the misaligned tubes.
For any tube impacted by the issue, our measurements indicate that approximately 2/3rds of the 47" tube is still good with accurately aligned holes and that the problem only exists at one end – not throughout the entire tube. This means a majority of each defective tube is still good for team use.
Because teams should be able to cut off the impacted end without any other problems, we are going to continue to include the misaligned tubes in the sale.
We want to be transparent about this issue, so teams know exactly what the sale includes and can make an informed purchasing decision.
If your team receives a misaligned tube that they can’t use most of, we will gladly give a full refund for that tube.
