From one of our long term mentors - check it out!
(I just donated at the “educator” level.)
I wanted to let you know that a project that our team at Superion has been working on over this last year is live on Kickstarter. It’s a product called XLR8, which we’ve branded under an organization called Alorium Technology. Alorium is a division of Superion’s, so it’s all the same people that you know from Superion.
XLR8 is an FPGA-based application accelerator/development board that targets the Arduino developer and maker community. It is running a soft version of the ATMega328 microcontroller and is fully compatible with the Arduino IDE. It looks, feels, and acts like an Arduino Uno or other compatible board.
It has specific application in Robotics and even Drone flight control with rock steady servo control logic, Floating math acceleration, and other control loop capabilities.
