My team would like to have our logo at the top of our bot. Is it legal to use red and green LED lights? If so, can they flash aswell?

As long as you wire them correctly and they aren’t dangerous or distracting I’m pretty sure you can. We’ve done underglow in the past with no legality issues, although that didn’t blink.
