Limelight break

Someday, we hit the limelight.
It break, but anything inside looks OK.
It has two side LEDs, when we turn on it, it will interactive flashing.
We only have one, and we need it to do many things!
Does anyone know what went wrong?

I would recommend contacting limelight support. We had issues with our LEDs and contacted them and they send us a new LED board.

It probably depends on the situation, but they did replace ours for free.
