Limelight communicate problem

Hi, we have a problem with limelight communication.
When we open the limelight dashboard the camera window is immediately closed and this massage shows:

We think this is a communication problem, what can we do?

Are you using the latest image (2023.0.1)? Downloads – Limelight for FRC

Also check the following:

• You are on your robot’s network
• You don’t have conflicting IP addresses. We usually recommend a static .11 address for LL. .2 is usually recommended for the RIO. I can see that your LL is currently set to .2.

You can also right-click the webpage, click “inspect” and go to the console tab of the window that appears. You can refresh the page once the console tab is opened to see if any messages appear.
