Limelight Connection (Brand New)

So we opened up our limelight today to get it set up and start getting things tracking and it has Ethernet port communication loss with the smallest little nudge. It doesn’t lose its power over Ethernet though. Anyone know if it is just a faulty board or is it fixable somehow?

Maybe try delivering power with power wires instead?

Have you tried a different ethernet cable?

We are using the same exact set up with an old Limelight and it is working perfectly.
