Hi all, our team just purchased a Lime Light 2+ and it has 2020.0 firmware. We want to upgrade it to 2020.2 but when booting it from the USB on two different windows 10 laptops it gives a Device Descriptor Error with or without the driver installed. We really want to use the optical zoom. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
After speaking with the LimeLight support staff, our unit was deemed defective and they advanced shipped us a replacement unit. We were able to flash the replacement unit on the first attempt.
