Has anyone ever encountered the same issue? We’ve just got our limelight3 and connected it directly to my computer, and the balena etcher didn’t found our limelight. However, we can discover the limelight with our limelight hardware manager, and we can even enter the web UI of out limelight 3. I’m sure the limelight is not powered with the PDH nor connected to anything else. That’s really weired, and I can’t flash our limelight because of this.
Did you download the usb drivers listed in the downloads page in the LL’s website?
Yes,we’ve already downloaded the USB driver. But it seems not working at all.

Oh I think I’ve discover the issue. My BalenaEtcher version might be to low, it’s now of version 1.13.3. However version 1.14.3 is required to flash the new limelight3. I may try upadte the tool later
