Does anyone know a website or a link that gives us a full list of FRC teams???
If you go to What’s going on in my area? on the FIRST website and check “FRC” (2011) and “Teams” in “All Areas”, you’ll get the full list. It’s long.
Yes. http://usfirst.org/whatsgoingon.aspx
You can find whatever subset of FRC, FTC, FLL, and JFLL you want to find, including by year, event, and location.

Thanks, by the way, to whoever created that! Wonderfully useful!
Just in case the right person might read this - It sure would be nice to see ZIP codes (and the non-USA equivalents) in the list. With ZIP codes you can plot the locations of teams accurately enough to not have to show all teams in a city as a single blob; but not so accurately that anyone should worry about privacy concerns.
There is a map of FRC and FTC teams (as of August) on FIRSTObjective.org. Just pick on the “Who’s on FIRST” link (I apologize, it is rather slow to load). If you pick on a marker you will get more info about the team.
It’s interesting how there isn’t a single FRC Team in San Francisco.
Right - I know - and I know that you are being helpful (Thanks!); but… the existence of that particular, single, map-format someone else designed for one purpose doesn’t change anything I wrote.

I inserted the word “I” to make clear that I personally want to do some plotting of team locations.

You can thank Patrick Fairbank for that. I thanked him this way.
