Maybe they turned the update off to keep a team from having an advantage of by submitting later than others - much in the way that the 3rd game of World Cup group play starts at the same time.
I would think the status would continue to update. That is how you would be sure you successfully submitted. Maybe the update rate would be slowed down

For others’ reference: This comes from the “Good to Go Guide”.
We updated HD scores about 5 hours ago and nothing has updated yet. Everything shows okay and processed.
So may be slow today and going forward.
