Loop time overruns 0.02 sec

Greetings:
Here is a rookie question.
I have all of the latest 2020 VS Code, etc installed. If I go to VS Code and create a new project from scratch and specify a Command-based template. It builds perfectly but when I deploy it and/or try to run it, I immediately start getting warnings of “Loop time overruns”.

I have literally not added a single line of code to the template. What could be causing this?
