Hi I would just like to know if there is some loopholes that got discovered so far except the possible absence of height limit?

The height limit isn’t a loophole, it is very much a feature. 2018 was similar. I think the only loophole would be missing your shot as HP to get it to purposefully land inside your own robot instead of in the barge, scoring it low in an infinite loop with your opponent.

That’s not a loophole; GDC specifically stated that there’s no requirement to even target the Barge in a Q&A.

This isn’t really specific to Reefscape, but Section 6.7 says:
No event staff, including the Head REFEREE, will review video, photos, artistic renderings, etc. of any MATCH, from any source, under any circumstances.
So you could have LCD screens on your robot on all sides which display pictures of previous matches while the robot is enabled. Then, the referees would be unable to look at your robot, and you could break all the rules you want without receiving any penalties. (Pieces of paper with printed match photographs wouldn’t work, since the inspector wouldn’t be able to see your robot. And if you added printed photographs post-inspection, field staff would be unable to confirm your robot complied with G303.)

Won’t make it to the field, due to a lack of bumpers, OR the HR invokes G211 and tells you to shut 'em off or be carded.
There’s also rules about interference: if an April Tag shows up on any screen, that’s in violation.
You must score as much as you can in 2:30…with 15 seconds of doing it Auto with Bots you built.
