In the event of our team has perminetly misplaced the FRC labview disk, what would we do to continue to use labview? Is there a way to download the program, or would we have to obtain a new disk from FIRST?
Not sure, but you might get a new one around kickoff time. If not, you will just get a new key.
Edit: As I look around, there WAS an ability to download it, but that might not be available until the Build season starts up again.

we also lost our key so we need the whole thing
Hmm… Unfortunately, I am not that familiar with obtaining and registering Labview. I will keep looking around, and if I find anything, I will post something here.

Will a moderator move this to the labview forum so that the proper answer can be found easier.
The “where to get more” document available from the competition manual page: http://usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/content.aspx?id=452 gives the specific email address to contact.
We’ll all get a new version of LabVIEW in the KOP come January.
Thanks for confirming that Mark, as I was questionable about it. So basically, if you can last the next 2 months on your DS, and wait until Kickoff, hopefully you should be good.

Alternately, ask if you can borrow a local team’s disk.
The key is L13R00000 for all teams because there were activation issues with the original keys in the software booklet.
