This seems to be limited to ChatGPT Plus. You may also be unable to access it if not in Beta. I don’t know enough about this new feature to know it’s limits or access ability. Please report any Access issues and what type of account you have. This will help us all understand how it works better. Thank you!

I made one called FRC Navigator that has the 1993-2012 game summaries pdf, then game manuals from 2013-2022 (excluding 2021) as it’s training data. The 2023 PDF always failed to upload. I can’t explain why. Must be cursed. Either way that’s alot of excellent and specific data it can reference!
I think as this new feature gets better over time teams could use this to make custom knowledge bases for their team and as a community we could make new teaching and training tools with trusted information. That has been a major downfall of many LLM systems with unknown sources of information. Now you have better control over the information it knows. It will still need to be checked but this is the way to go.
Fair enough, I hope so too. I’ll leave the basic guide up and hopefully make up a more specific guide as I learn more. I’ll admit. I spent a whopping 45 minutes working on it so I’ll hear any criticisms gladly!
Edited the post title and part of the post to note that. Was really hoping it’d be free but I’m guessing the web browsing and DALLE inclusion means it’s limited. I wonder if we did one without it if thats available for non plus users. This will be an iterative process definitely. It sucks not being able to use web browsing possibly but for this task I could do without the image generation.
