Pacing so far has been going very well! Our Drive train is completely assembled, and we have successfully driven the robot over the wooden defenses.

And speaking of the defenses, once we assemble the Portcullis, they will finally be complete! This week has also seen the development and testing of three different stages of prototypes for our firing and grabbing mechanisms.

You sound like you’re poised to not only accomplish many game objectives, but perhaps more importantly, have time to practice doing them well.

Yeah, we decided that our biggest advantage would be to drive our robot well, since our team is comprised of somewhat less experienced members than others in the area. It was the way we were able to outdo better robots last season.
