The foul points don’t quite add up, but like Eric said, there was a lot going on. If there were 2 or 3 tech fouls on Blue, then Red’s awarded foul points would have to end in a 4 or 6.
I saw two red flags from the Near Red referee, probably G201s accounting for the 10 foul points awarded to Blue.
Also looks like Red got the Auto Docked and Engaged for Blue contacting Red’s Charge Station during Auto.
I think that the red card was unnecessary, it seemed to me like the 5104 driver froze for a minute, and wasn’t intentionally trying to tip 7413, which is the definition of G206. However, I do agree that there were a few G201 violations, especially when 5104 came back to push 7413 back into the red community without a game piece. If 7413 hadn’t tipped, and 5104 kept tapping them without a game piece in order to keep them in the red community, I could see some more G201violations being called.
So what is controversial in my opinion is getting both 100 penalty points and dq’d.
@Ubiquity
It is a misinterpretation to claim the alliance was penalized 100 points- your alliance was awarded the 100, not penalized.
As for the red card (DQ), please read the above replies.
