What is the max height you can go during the game. I realize that you can’t exceed the 6 feet on the HAB deck, but are there any other height limitations

Nah, just someone needing to use the search in the Manual. I did and didn’t see anything offhand, on either “height” or “tall”.
Usually, that would mean no other height restrictions.
Nearest I can tell there is no height restriction during the match.
Starting configuration: 4ft
During match: No restriction
Fully in Hab Zone: 6ft 6in
I remember on the Livestream they said something about not being taller than the alliance station wall
Per robot rule:
"R3. A ROBOT’S STARTING CONFIGURATION may not have a FRAME PERIMETER greater than 120 in. (~304 cm) and may not be more than 4 ft. (~121 cm) tall. "
and per game rule:
"G12. Duck in the HAB ZONES. A ROBOT with its BUMPERS fully in either HAB ZONE may not extend above the ALLIANCE STATION WALL, i.e. more than 6 ft. 6 in. (~198 cm) above the carpet. "
From this we can expect that there will be no height restrictions other than these during the match.
When on the HAB, the robot cannot extend above the alliance wall. I think aside from that there isn’t any height restriction.

Your max height is 6’6" in the HAB zone, and decreases going up the platforms. There’s no height restriction in other places.
