MaxBotix Sensor Information

Greeting Teams,

FRC competitors, once again we are supporting your work in the field of robotics by giving each team a free MB1043. This small and lightweight sensor is designed for easy integration into your project, and it is a great option for autonomous robot navigation.

We have further enhanced our information for the upcoming season by including code examples libraries for C++ and Java.

Complete details can be found at the link below.

We wish you all a great season.

Best regards,

Scott Wielenberg

Thanks. We used the MaxBotix sensor to consistently drive up to the wall and shoot in the goal during autonomous in 2020. Here we are in a match (red alliance) at Greater KC:

Look forward to finding further uses in 2022.

We also thank you for this. Our team not only uses the one we recieved in our kit last season, but we grabbed some more through First Choice. These sensors work well (as analog distance sensors) on the Romi.

Glad to hear that. Let us know if we can help. Have a great day!
