Are we allowed to use Mecanum wheels for the 2020 OCCRA competition? The cost exceeds the $100 per part rule ($419 for 4). Thanks!

Here are some cheaper options:
The $100 per part rule applies to all COTS parts except those already excluded in the Game Manual.
As Brandon here and others linked in the main release thread, if you would like to run mecanum for your drive there are wheel options out there that are less then $100.
