Hi, in my team we have a set of mecanum wheels but they are unofficial of Andymark, the wheels are about 8" of diameter and they have the hexagonal entry , does any one knows if we can use it for this 2024 FRC season?

They should be legal. I would guide you to R302 specifically part E for any further guidance you need on this.
