So I want to make an award for a mentor using the gear game piece. Any ideas?
Idea 1: Paint the gear in team colors, creatively, and mount a plaque on the front.
Idea 2: make sure the gear is super clean, and have all team members sign it with messages.

If one wanted to be creative one could make a clock out of it… add a nameplate somewhere with what the award is, and now you have functional award.
