Missing pieces from Armabot turret 240 kit

Hey guys, my team recently purchased the armabot turret 240 however upon opening it and taking inventory we noticed a few missing pieces that are crucial to assembly based on the CAD model. The list of parts we determined as missing is below

2x .125 spacer
inner diameter .2in
Perimeter .85in
Outer diameter .32in
Perimeter 1.23in

1x .125 spacer
inner diameter .12in
Perimeter .61in
Outer diameter .18in
Perimeter .84in

1x 0.032 spacer
Inner Diameter .18in
Perimeter .65in
Outer diameter .24in
Perimeter .84in

2x .25 bearing (flanged)
(Hole) inner diameter .26in
Perimeter 1.16in
(Flanged dimensions)
Outer diameter .58in
Perimeter 1.9

If anyone knows where/how we can get replacements for these it would massively be appreciated if you could leave a comment or dm me any information. We are worried that these parts are very specific and cannot find them anywhere and our inability to complete the turret’s assembly is stalling the construction of one of our subsystems. Contact armabot. Also, double check the bubble wrap around the magnet shaft - the magnet attracts those pieces, and the tape on the bubble wrap likes to hold onto them. Makes them easy to miss!

We triple checked everything, I don’t think this is what happened unfortunately . Thanks for the suggestion though!

Just for some closure, I reached out to Armabot and the owner, Andrew, was very quick to reply and extremely helpful. Thanks for the help guys.

Sorry I missed you on CD, was getting some sanding done. I’m not sure why your kit in particular had that many missing parts. Well send the missing parts tomorrow morning.
