Our team ordered an mk4i L1 swerve drive in November, and received it today. While we are building it we have realize that one of ours is missing the essential double gear piece. Has anyone else had this issue and how did they resolve it? We have contact the manufacturer by email but are unsure when or if they will replace it.
@PatrickW runs a pretty good operation, and I imagine he’ll get you a replacement pretty quickly. I imagine their email backlog might be a bit deep right now though.

@vinny2023 John replied to you by email this afternoon and we will be sending a replacement. I’m very happy to say that we are fully caught up with emails. John is handling emails now. He is incredibly knowledgeable with many more years of FRC experience than myself and stays on top of the inbox daily.
