Yeah, we were thinking about doing this as well…but the prices weren’t that great, so we’re sticking with our wooden pins.

Hopefully I’m the first person to come up with this idea but this year, I (personally) am going to be giving away glow sticks/bracelets with Rambots written all over them. Then by the time the award ceremony and team party comes along, lots of people will have Rambots glowsticks and it’ll look really cool from a distance with hundreds of people glowing, lol cuz I can’t afford thousands of glowsticks.

Any of you guys ever see that battery powered glowing wire stuff? I’ve been thinking about buying some and making a T-shirt with a glowing FIRST logo on it, but I’m not really sure it’d be cool enough for the expense… It’d be upwards of 50 bucks for a decent sized logo… :^) So I dunno if I actually wanna bother to get the stuff and make it…

After eating about 20 of these I began to ponder some Carnack philosophy.

“K.I.S.S.- Keep it Simple Students”…
“Carnack Says: Keep your Balance”…
among other things…
Not only were these fortune cookies a good idea but a very good alternative for those of us who didnt want to spend 1.50 for a small bag of candy to satisfy our sugar cravings.
I’ll let you guess what team hands those out.

p.s., my lucky numbers were: 71, 71, 71, 71, and 71… go figure!

Well, we are still doing the pins. The logo has the same human/shark/submarine thing with the anti-flipper tattoo and aspects relating to this year’s game. We are also handing out the tattoos we handed out last year, and this year, we are handing out about 4" long shark candies.

-Ed “I’m going to have fun handing out souviniers this year” McDonnell
