We cannot fix this error, we’ve tried updating the firmware and recalibrating to no effect. Please help

How do I take it out of calibration mode?
What firmware version and Phoenix version are you using?
We are using the most recent firmware from the ctre website
Yes, but specifically what is the name of the firmware file you are using?
There are now two versions of firmware (standard and Pro, which is specified in the file name) and you must use the version that matches the API you are using.
If you have flashed Pro firmware but the device is not licensed, you will see red and green LEDs.
Falcon: Simultaneous Red/Green that alternates sides
CANcoder: LED will alternate Red/Green
What’s the difference between the two? (Nvm didn’t read the last part, that’s probably the issue)
One version of firmware is for Phoenix v5, the other is for Phoenix Pro.
