I was lucky enough to ride the P-series around for awhile today and here is my review.
The P-series footprint is much smaller than the I-Series, my feet (size 14) barely fit on the platform.
One of the first things you notice about the p-series is how much more it feels connected to you. It doesn’t feel like you are standing on a machine… it just feels like you have wheels as feet; Dean’s “Magic pair of sneakers”.
A maneuver I am very used to doing on the I-series is where you go forward, pull back, turn the hand grip, lean away from the turn, and than go forward. I found this harder to do with the P-series because there wasn’t as much “give” in the wheels.
The speed limiter feels much softer.
The top Speed is about 10mph (basically because of the smaller wheels)
Going in and out of doors is 10x easier on the P because you don’t have any overlapping wheel behind you. On the I the wheels go further back than my rear-end. On the P I don’t have that.
The P overall feels much better in crowded areas and small quarters.
Anyone ells wanna chime in?
