My team got a new robrio this year and much to our dismay our usb got stuck in the port the first time we used it anyone have any ideas to get it out?

Call NI and see what they can do for you. Don’t break stuff trying to remove the cable. In the mean time, you can leave the cable in the roborio, it won’t hurt anything.
I know it probably doesn’t help now, but here’s a tip: We put a very short usb cable in our roborios and leave it in there. Then we connect to it via a usb extension cable. This helps protect the port from repeated use and it also acts as a quick disconnect when the cable gets yanked.
