Does anyone (maybe soap?) have plans to webcast this?
It says that NASA TV will not be brodcasting the event. It doesnt say anything about not webcasting the event. Nasa TV is a satalitte TV channel.

No, there have been many times I have watched two different things on NASA TV on satelite TV and NASA’s webcast on the internet.
