Interestingly enough, a former professor of mine who at one time worked at RIT (I unfortunately can’t remember her name) worked on the Robonaut project. To tie this back to FIRST, she originally worked for Kodak and had mentored team 211. She was going to attempt to the RIT team with FIRST but she had too many other committments.

The lead engineer on the Robonaut project is Rob Ambrose - who is also the lead engineer on Team 118.
