NavX-micro not connecting

Hello. We have suddenly started having issues with connecting to our NavX-micro.

When the NavX-micro is connected to my laptop I can connect to it and read data just fine using NavXUI. However, when it is connected to our roborio 2 via usb, it causes program start up to stall on “Opening USB serial port to communicate with navX-Sensor.”

We have already tried updating the firmware, changing ports, and letting the gyro sit for a couple minutes, but the robot code seems to continue to get stuck on opening the serial port.

Any ideas?

I’m having the same problem now, did you figure out how to fix this?
