Navx-mirco issues communicating with labview library

Our navx-mirco has lights and we can connect via the usb cable to the navx-uxi program on a laptop. The issue is we can’t get values through the Nav-x LabVIEW api. we can ssh into the roborio and see the usb connection for between the roborio and gyro, but calling the getter function in LabVIEW just returns zero. We don’t get a connected status or the hardware info off the board from the LabVIEW api either. However we don’ get any disconnected errors. What is the next thing to test?

We were able to fix it with reloading the navx library, by deleting and replacing the navx main block in robot main. Our bad we should have thought of this earlier
