NavX MXP Command Based

Very confused.

Can one of you point me in the right direction on where to start with the NavX MXP programming. Just anywhere, besides the kauailabs website because I’m pretty sure its not for command based.

Things I need to know:
how to make a new ahrs, website says:

ahrs = new AHRS(SerialPort::kMXP); //but this doesn't work for me/I don't know where to place it

what I can do with the navx/what I should do
anything I should know


My team just got the NavX MXP as well and I’m going to begin programming it myself.

As for the location of that code, it looks like it should work if you put it in the Robot() constructor.

Double checked your post, I’m not sure whether the documentation works for command based, like you said (must have skimmed over it before) but you should still give it a shot.
