NavX parallel to floor

Hey Guys,

Can we get angle from NavX when it isn’t parallel to the floor?
I know it works while it is parallel(Yaw) but we get a problem to get the angle when the sensor isn’t parallel.

we think that it has to do with the fact that the pitch and roll calculation include the gravity force.
