Hi all. We are in need of 2 Falcon spline to 1/2" hex adapters, which are currently backordered at Vex and WCP, and out of stock until 3/22/22 at AndyMark. Does anyone have any spares that they might be willing to sell us? Payment negotiable - it could be in fresh pineapple, a “red dirt” shirt, or a SCUBA-dive tour next time you’re on Kauai… or $$. So. Those spline adapters don’t like fitting on the old bright zinc colored splines. Hellllooooooo belt sander.
Fwiw, they do fit great on the new black shaft!
Out of curiosity how much material did you end up needing to remove to get these to fit?
We definitely just used the newer black shaft to validate every single one of these, so I’ll have to find / add ‘use the old style of falcon output shaft’ to our QC process it seems. Not sure how to even get one these days unless you have an older motor.
I didn’t really measure it… It was a “do it till it fits” moment.
