with the new system I am struggling very much with how to add motors and make them be able to drive the robot.
Any sample code would be amazing help and just pointers in the right way.
Can you give more information about the hardware used and which programming language? Which controllers and which motors? What type of drive train?
In any case Rev offers up examples on all languages, but this is the Java set of examples.
REV has examples of how to use CANSparkMax in their Tank Drive Example. They have it in Java, C++, and LabView. It’s called ArcadeDrive in C++ and Labview. All of this is in the reply by @kingc95.
