I see a list of # of wires per block, like 1 #6, 3-#10s. I take it that means 3 #10s in the same hole on the same block?
About Maxi breaker panel: I have #6 from power block to one side of maxi breaker, the other side of maxi breaker has #6 to the other breaker panel. Is that allowed? or do I need #6 from power block to other panel?
All of the connections to the black ground block, and similarly the red 12 volt block, are equivalent. There is no input side, and output side. Your wiring of the #6 12 volt wire through a single power block to a #6 wire on the other side going to a breaker panel is correct, and smart, because it minimizes the voltage drop to the breaker panel. If you use a second breaker panel, you have to use a second red power block. Choose the breaker panel with the least load for this to minimize voltage drop on the yellow jumper.
For the ground power block, you can put multiple wires in a given terminal as long as you satisfy the wiring rules in the documentation that was provided by FIRST. FIRST provided (from the manufacturer) the power block documentation that indicates up to 3 #10 wires are allowed in the power block. Use the same strategy for the high current wiring as the positive side, arranging the high current connections so the amount of current across the jumper is minimized.

Power feed wires must go from the power block to the breaker panels, not through the breaker panels.
