Neo Gear

Neo motor does not transfer engine power to the gear. I think neo shaft broken

You need to take your gearbox apart to find out. It may just be that you don’t have a motor key.

what is the motor key ı dont know

It goes in the slot on the neo shaft and acts as a stop to prevent the shaft spinning in the gear slot.

ok ı understand we dont say motor key lol  but we try this method andd not worked

Oh, it could be that the neo dead but it could also be a battery, code, or other mechanichal issue. Try just testing the neo with no gear ig.

we try neo is work but not transfer the gear

A picture would be helpful so we can see what you’re trying to do. If you can get one with the neo and only the gear you’re trying to turn, that would be great.

Yeah we have has similar issues in the past. If its not a keyed gear you could need to use a neo v1 instead of a v1.1 because the shafts are ever so slightly different

Assuming there is a keyway in the gear, you must use a key. If the gear is to be press fit, you must remove the cover (V1.0) or put a set screw in the back of the motor (V1.1) or you will damage the motor. If there is no keyway in the gear and it is not a press fit you could try to use retaining compound. If the gear is firmly mounted to the shaft, there is a possibility that the shaft has come loose. Neo shafts are mounted to the armature with 2 set screws that can occasionally come loose. You can usually get away with tightening the screws with new locktite, but if there’s anything else wrong with the motor it’s probably broken beyond repair.

thanks
